How do I get started with Suited?
Download Suited from the App Store, sign in with your Apple ID, and begin exploring Style Studio, Photo Gen, and AI Retouch. You'll need an active subscription to generate images.
How does the subscription work?
Subscriptions are managed in‑app and processed by the App Store. Choose a subscription plan in the app, and billing is handled securely by Apple. You can cancel anytime through your iOS Settings.
How are my credits consumed?
Each generation request consumes credits from your account. Your current balance is displayed in the app. Subscription plans include a monthly credit allowance.
What happens to my generated images?
Generated images are processed by our backend and delivered to you. You own the images you generate and can download, share, or use them as needed. See our Privacy Policy for details on image processing.
What devices are supported?
Suited is available on iPhone via the App Store. An active internet connection is required for image generation.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Please email us at elijah@aimacaron.com with a detailed description of the issue, your iOS version, and steps to reproduce the problem. We'd also love to hear feature requests!
Is my data private?
Yes. Your Apple ID is used for authentication and subscription verification. Uploaded images are processed securely. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your Suited subscription anytime through your iOS device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, or within the App Store app. No additional contact needed.
What if I experience a technical issue?
Try restarting the app, ensuring you have a stable internet connection, and that your iOS is up to date. If the issue persists, email us at CONTACT_EMAIL with details, and we'll help troubleshoot.
