1.2 User-Uploaded Images
- Images: Photos you upload for generation or editing
- Purpose: To process your requests and create generated images
- Retention: Uploaded images are processed and not permanently retained on our servers
1.3 Generated Images
- Generated Content: Images created by Suited's AI are delivered to you
- Purpose: For you to download and use
- Storage: Stored on your device; we do not retain copies
1.4 Subscription and Credits
- Events Logged: Access/entitlement state and credit balance changes (no full payment card details; purchases are processed by the App Store)
- Purpose: To manage billing, track usage, and prevent fraud
- Retention: Retained for as long as necessary for account history and legal requirements
1.5 Server Logs
- Basic Logs: Standard server logs including request timestamps and error codes
- Purpose: To troubleshoot issues and improve service reliability
- Retention: Retained for up to 30 days for operational purposes
2. Data Processing and Responsibilities
2.1 Image Processing Pipeline
- Processing: Your uploaded images are transmitted to a specialized image processing provider to generate results; they are not retained beyond processing per our request
- Processing Only: Images are processed to generate outputs; not stored for other purposes
- Your Responsibility: Ensure you have rights to upload any images containing people
2.2 Backend Infrastructure
- Server: We use cloud infrastructure and databases to operate the App and protect accounts
- Access Controls: Data is protected by access controls designed to limit exposure
- Delivery: Content may be routed through a content delivery network for performance
3. How We Use Your Information
- Authentication: Verify your identity and manage your account
- Image Processing: Generate images based on your requests
- Billing and Credits: Process subscriptions, manage credits, and provide receipts

4.1 What We Share

- Payments: Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the App Store; we do not receive full payment card details.

- Authentication: Apple ID authentication for secure access
- No Plaintext Storage: Sensitive data is not stored in plaintext
